My father passed away in Nov. of 2017.
I am the executor of his estate. I cancelled his phone service Jan. 22, 2018. Then Feb.
1 2018, I get a full months bill. I paid that. Then March 2018 I get a statement saying they owe me a credit. It is now almost July, and this is still not resolved.
They keep sending me a statement with the credit listed, but won't pay the credit. I have called them and they will not talk to me because of a pass word my father had set up with them. I do not know this password. I have explained to them that he has passed away, however this means nothing to them.
I can give them his address, middle name, birth date, SS number, Any info they need about him. However they say their policy is to have this password.
