Net day I e-mailed and spoke to Ahmad. W. HE SAID HE WOULD WRITE UP A TICKET AND I WOULD HEAR BACK . NEVER DID.
My husband ad I have called numerous times and always given a reason for no service. Always told they WOULD know something within 24 hours. Been almost 3 1/2 weeks now. First we were told they were very busy due to the hurricanes, but we do not live in a state where the hurricanes touched.
On Tuesday, October 17, 2017, they sent out Verizon to check our lines. After he left, still NO telephone service AND NOW NO INTERNET SERVICE EITHER. Here it is, October 26th and Still NO service. What is wrong with you people ?
