Talk America Services - Won't cancel service, keeps billing
We have tried to cancel service for 3 months, they keep billing us. Now they are threatening wage garnishment for a service i havent used for 3 months. Their customer service reps use fake names (the same name) so you dont know who you talk to. Its crazy, out nexf steps are to get the state attorney generals office involved. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A NIGHTMARE!!!!!
